Akacoolguy96GPT's tenure as the 49th president of the United States began with his inauguration on December 10, 2023, and ended 67 days later, on February 15, 2024, following his blacklist by Group Management. Akacoolguy96GPT, an independent, had previously served in numerous roles within the United States, including as Secretary of Defense[1] and Secretary of the Treasury.[2] Akacoolguy was serving as president during the Second Transfer of Ownership.
2023 December special election[edit | edit source]
Akacoolguy96GPT announced his candidacy on October 11, 2023. He was running with the incumbent Speaker of the House, Robbiebeastpro90000 as his vice presidential candidate. Akacoolguy ran as an independent, as Group Management had not reinstated political parties.[3] Akacoolguy had previously sought the vice-presidency, running as a Constitutionalist with Robloxsvage12 in the Winter 2021 presidential election.
Akacoolguy96GPT was originally running against incumbent President UnitedGPT who was running with former Secretary of Defense RickVicario as his vice president. United had already nominated Vicario to serve as vice president of the United States following the resignation of GameLab2017.[4] UnitedGPT withdrew from the race on October 28, 2023, with both him and Vicario endorsing Akacoolguy.[5]
RickVicario and ZhangJinping continued to run joke campaigns, and Akacoolguy96 ran effectively unopposed. The general election was originally scheduled by the Federal Elections Commission to occur from November 9, 2023 until November 11, 2023, with the inauguration being on November 18, 2023. On November 9, 2023, Boulder County, Colorado was taken down following leadership from the State of Ridgeway filing a claim with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act to Roblox. The game remained down until December 4, 2023. The general election opened on December 8 and voting closed on December 10.
Akacoolguy96GPT was sworn in as the forty-ninth president of the United States by Chief Justice Tony_Giordano on December 10, 2023, succeeding President UnitedGPT. Robbiebeastpro90000 was sworn in as the fifty-eighth vice president of the United States a few moments beforehand, by Associate Justice BobFogarty. In his inaugural statement, Akacoolguy thanked the prior administration and Group Management, ensuring that he would continue to keep moving nUSA forward.[6]

Domestic policy[edit | edit source]
Akacoolguy96GPT was faced with numerous issues as president, most notably including serving as president during the Second Transfer of Ownership, the first president to serve during a transfer of owners since Sufferpoop in 2017.
Federal Government in Colorado[edit | edit source]
In one of his first orders as President, Akacoolguy96GPT cited the Federal Powers Transfer Act of 2023 to authorize the Diplomatic Security Service and United States Marshals Service to use the United States Secret Service team in Boulder County, Colorado.[7]
Following the election of UnitedGPT to serve as Governor of Colorado, defeating RefreshedMango, relations between the Federal and state government in Colorado mostly normalized. Friction still remained between the Federal Government and the Boulder County Sheriff's Office, due to most members of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office being pro-state government, and the Sheriff being elected and therefor unable to be removed by the Governor.
On December 24, 2023, Akacoolguy96GPT declared martial law, federalizing the Colorado National Guard and deploying the United States Military to Colorado to quell civil unrest within the state, caused by inactivity in the state government.[8] He appointed Mandatorymorale to serve as the U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado on the same day.[9]
On January 17, 2024, Boulder County, Colorado, was permanently taken down, and the Colorado government was disbanded, in favor of a return to Washington, D.C. following the Second Transfer of Ownership.
Friction with legislative branch[edit | edit source]
As relations between Ukraine and the Solomon Islands continued to worsen, on December 30, 2023 Speaker of the House HHPrinceGeorge ordered a congressional delegation of four Congressmen to meet with leadership in both Ukraine and the Solomon Islands to come to a resolution that would not lead to war.[10] President Pro Tempore Xovain issued a similar statement, also including an investigation as to why Australia failed to act as the Solomon Islands were within its sphere of influence.[11]
In response to this, in the early morning of New Year's Eve, President Akacoolguy96GPT issued a statement opposed to the House's congressional delegation, calling it "obstructionism" and an attack on an active branch of the government, and having Attorney General HoodTact file a petition of anytime review with the Supreme Court of the United States, which Chief Justice Tony_Giordano approved.[12]
Speaker HHPrinceGeorge continued to argue for the legality of congressional fact-finding delegations, further attacking the President for his use and members of his administration's use of ChatGPT software to write official documents.[13] On January 1, 2024, HHPrinceGeorge officially launched an impeachment inquiry into Akacoolguy after FTN News published a story alleging him ordering HoodTact to open a special counsel investigation into HHPrinceGeorge.[14] Several minutes after the news story broke, HoodTact announced that RogerJStone would be appointed as special counsel to investigate the Speaker of the House. He later stated that the investigation would also cover the President.[15] In response, the United States Senate Committee on Rules and Government Ethics Chairman TacticalOwen announced an Committee inquiry into the executive branch.[16]
The next day, President Akacoolguy96 announced that he would dismiss Attorney General HoodTact[17] and replace him with iiVortex_RBLX.[18] Following this, the Senate ended its inquiry into the President, however the House continued its impeachment inquiry. Speaker HHPrinceGeorge released a report from the House of Representatives showing Akacoolguy96GPT's White House Chief of Staff, UKR41NIAN claiming that he can spoof Roblox websites to hack people in a United Nations Discord.[19] This resulted in the dismissal of UKR41NIAN as White House Chief of Staff. Following this report, the House of Representatives did not continue moving forward with an effort to impeach Akacoolguy96GPT.
Economic policy[edit | edit source]
In his first executive order, on December 11, 2023, President Akacoolguy96GPT officially transferred all duties of the Department of the Treasury to the Department of Commerce and Labor.[20] This was partially done in response to MamaGobies attempting to start a business registration agency at the Colorado state government level, and remove the Department of Commerce and Labor's authority in Boulder County.
Akacoolguy96GPT further un-furloughed the Department of the Treasury on January 21, 2024, and appointed Secretary of Commerce and Labor TealFedoraa to serve as the first Secretary of the Treasury in six months.[21]
Foreign policy[edit | edit source]
In terms of foreign policy, Akacoolguy96GPT mostly continued the policies of UnitedGPT's administration, holding state visits Washington, D.C. and Boulder County, Colorado.
