=== Homeland security reform ===
During his tenure, N_ightmarre helped to push several reforms to the Department of Homeland Security, through both executive orders and federal legislation. The Department of Homeland Security had been seen as essentially a secondary law enforcement department, especially when compared to the focus put on the [[Department of Justice]] and the Strategic Command Department by previous administrations and relative abandonment of the Department of Homeland Security. Due to the increased rise in terrorism within Washington, D.C. at this time, notably from the criminal gangs Vein and the Sponge Gang.

The crowning achievement of N_ightmarre's homeland security policy was the passing of the Department of Homeland Security Enhancement Act of 2021.
