On December 30, 2021, Rockefeller, a Federalist was elected as a [[United States House of Representatives|U.S. Representative]] to the 87th Congress United States Congress.<ref>https://imgur.com/sH2UWVe</ref> Rockefeller was elected House Majority Leader. On January 16, 2022, after Speaker of the House 4eighnarman resigned, Rockefeller was elected as the new Speaker of the House, due to being one of the only members of Congress and the government in general, who stayed rather than leaving to go to American Roleplay.<ref>https://imgur.com/a/BMcC3yH</ref> During his tenure as Speaker, Rockefeller attempted to stimulate activity within the House of Representatives and Congress, keeping the House somewhat active, as opposed to the much more inactive Senate.

After the election of the 88th United States Congress, he was defeated in his reelection bid for Speaker of the House by former-President Reset4K. He was later reelected as Speaker after GameLab2017 resigned to become [[Vice President of the United States|vice president of the United States]].
