'''BeastyC10''' (formerly iBeastex, clubcristyfan), is a former Speaker Pro Tempore in the [[United States House of Representatives]]. He was also a congressionally elected United States Capitol Police Board Member.

Besides politics, Beasty also held several ranks within other businesses and departments, including being a Correctional Captain for the [[Bureau of Prisons]], as well as being the current Cardinal for the Church of the Flying Spaghetti Monster. 

==Early Career==
Since joining nUSA in 2013, BeastyC10 has been apart of many different departments, and agencies, most notably the Head of Transportation Board for the Department of Transportation in 2014. 

=== Law Enforcement===
During BeastyC10's early days in nUSA, he was heavily involved in law enforcement agencies, including the United States Marshals Service, and the United States Capitol Police.  BeastyC10 claims that he was silent exiled from USCP, due to not obliging to internal bribery, although there is no evidence proving such occurred. Afterwards, he ran for a congressional seat in opposition to the treatment that he endured.

During the [[Las Vegas, Nevada|Las Vegas]] era, BeastyC10 was employed with the United States Marshals Service, becoming a Supervisory Deputy Marshal. Sometime after, he stopped playing ROBLOX indefinitely to seek other hobbies.

===Political Career===
BeastyC10 began his political career after obtaining a seat in the House of Representatives. He ran as a Democrat, and held his seat for several terms throughout 2014, and into 2015. Sometime during 2015, he swapped parties, and ran as a Republican. He served in this position until he resigned on January 18th, 2015. 

==Early 2024: House of Representatives==
Due to a work injury, BeastyC10 rejoined the nUSA Discord server in order to look back on old memories, this is when he was initially contacted by [[Reset4K]] to join the newly formed Publican Party. He agreed, and was appointed to serve in the first Publican National Committee. 

While a part of the committee, he helped pass the House of Representative Election Publican Standard Proposal, and establish initial support for the party. This was around the same time as the House of Representatives Class I elections had been announced. He gained support from the Publican Party and won a seat within the House of Representatives.

===92nd Congress, House Majority Whip, Speaker Pro Tempore===
During his term, Beasty most notably proposed the revised charter that is currently signed into law. Beasty has continued to work with the Freedom Party since caucusing. Including the re-branding of the party on April 7th, 2024. He was appointed House Majority Whip in March 2024, and furthermore was appointed as a Speaker Pro Tempore for then Speaker of the House, saviorjoshh, on March 22nd, 2024. He has continued as Speaker Pro Tempore after Josh was elected into the [[United States Senate|Senate]]. Current Speaker of the House [[LuckyVinick]] appointed BeastyC10 as Speaker Pro Tempore upon being elected as saviorjoshh's replacement.

===93rd Congress, Reformist Party===
BeastyC10 was re-elected into the House of Representatives on April 7th, 2024. On the same day, the Freedom Party rebranded to the Reformist Party. He immediately caucused as Reformist and was devoted to the party until it was defunct on June 21st, 2024.

===Speaker of the House Election, Resignation===
After JacobCopley (then LuckyVinick) resigned as Speaker of the House, it was immediately implied that BeastyC10 would run for the vacant seat. This is due to him being a Speaker Pro Tempore for LuckyVinick, and [[saviorjoshh]].

Although it looked promising at the beginning, ArmanFoley was elected as Speaker of the House. BeastyC10 publicly spoke out in opposition of then Reformist Chairman and [[President of the United States]] [[GeorgeGodsent]]. Claiming that he was supporting quid pro quo, and using his position to sway representatives to flip their vote.

Afterwards, it seemed that BeastyC10 was continuing to work with the Reformist Party, though his activity declined rapidly.

On May 12th, 2024, BeastyC10 announced that he was resigning from the House of Representatives, as well as the United States Capitol Police Board.

== Summer 2024: Presidential Election, Senate Appointment ==
During the 53rd presidential election, Beasty began to work with the Teasoups Campaign, publicly endorsing, and campaigning in support of Teasoups. Beasty claims he began supporting the campaign after "working closely with Alex in the House (of Representatives)".

BeastyC10 was appointed as a Class III Senator on July 23rd, 2024<ref>Appt_bc10.jpeg</ref>, immediately caucusing with the Pioneer Party, led by former President JamesMontagu, and Senator Epicwarrior_99. He is currently campaigning for re-election.

==Controversy==

===Party Flip===
While campaigning with the Publican Party, BeastyC10 befriended former Senate Majority Whip jtdalejr, and vinblob242. Jt helped Beasty and vinblob campaign, in order to gain a seat in the House of Representatives. Beasty was elected into the 92nd Congress on February 18th, 2024. 

Afterwards, BeastyC10, and vinblob242 caucused to the Freedom Party, and vinblob242 was elected Speaker of the House, also giving Freedom Party the house majority. Beasty was also elected into the USCP Board.

One day after being elected, vinblob242 was ousted as Speaker of the House by a coalition made by both parties in the House of Representatives, BeastyC10 has publicly denied being apart of the coalition.

===United States Capitol Police Corruption Scandal===

====Background====
In March 2023, DevDMZ was elected United States Capitol Police Chief, voted by the board. Within five days of becoming Chief, controversy had already begun in the media portraying his true intentions that were released via Discord DM. This prompted the USCP Board to begin investigations on the Chief, and rumors that Dev would be booted by a vote.

DevDMZ resigned on March 31st, stating that his resignation had nothing to do with what was going on within the United States Capitol Police.<ref name=":0">Cable News Network

On March 31st, 2024, Cable News Network released a story immediately after DevDMZ announced his resignation as Chief. In this story, it is claimed that,

"(Beasty) messaged DevDMZ asking him if he wanted to be Chief. Beauty then proceeded to leak information to DevDMZ, which was used against other people to ensure his victory, ruining the reputations of others. However recently, (Beasty) began requesting limited items on Roblox from DevDMZ, saying that he got him as Chief, leading him (DevDMZ) to resign to avoid being forced to pay BeastyC10" <ref name=":0" />

BeastyC10, and the entirety of the United States Capitol Police Board, began denying any misconduct, and corruption that was being alleged. Cable News Network even released a follow up story pointing out errors in the accusations being made.<ref>CABLE NEWS NETWORK

===FBI Investigation===
On April 14th, 2024, then Federal Bureau of Investigations Director ThatMan_Stan publicly released a document confirming that an investigation was conducted on BeastyC10 for reports of bribery and corruption. It stated

"Investigators concluded that no admissible evidence existed to suggest that a Criminal Offending had occurred under the 18th Title of the United States Code, and the discourse surrounding the evidence collected from witness statements provided reasonable doubt about the integrity of the evidence provided.-- I can confirm that the investigation into the Congressman has now concluded and that no charges will be recommended to the Department of Justice."<ref>PUBLIC RELEASE RE MATTER OF PUBLIC IMPORT — BEASTYC10

Although this release doesn't state that it was directly involved with the USCP Board Scandal, the timing heavily implies, and BeastyC10 has publicly believed that it directly involved the media scandal.

BeastyC10 would continue on the USCP Board until his resignation on May 12th, 2024.
