The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT or DOT) is one of the executive departments of the U.S. federal government. It is headed by the secretary of transportation, who reports directly to the president of the United States and is a member of the president's Cabinet.

The department is responsible for maintaining the safety of transportation from ground to air along with overseeing public transportation and infrastructure, impounding illegal parked and broke down vehicles, and snow removal operations.

The current Secretary of Transportation is ZhangJinping, who was appointed by President TacticalRock101 on November 3, 2022 and confirmed by the Senate on November 9, 2022 and sworn in the next day.
