Robert "Bob" Fogarty (joined April 21st, 2014) is an American politician, diplomat, and attorney who currently holds the position of the 53rd Attorney General of the United States. He is also the 2nd Director of the United States Federal Bar Association. Previously affiliated with the Constitutionalist Party[1], Fogarty previously served as a United States Senator in 2022.
Born and raised in the small town of Labette, Kansas, Fogarty relocated to the District of Columbia upon reaching adulthood. There, he pursued a career in law and became an attorney-at-law at the District of Columbia Attorney General's Office. In late 2019, he was appointed as the Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Division. His exceptional legal skills and dedication to public service led to his subsequent appointment as the Deputy Attorney General under President TacticalRock101, serving alongside the former Chief Justice of the United States, RummyLeroux, who later became the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado.
Fogarty's rise to prominence was characterized by his relatively low profile outside of the legal community. However, his commitment to upholding the principles of justice and his contributions to the field of law propelled him into the national spotlight. His work as Deputy Attorney General during his tenure under President TacticalRock101 demonstrated his strong legal acumen and led to his nomination to serve as the 53rd United States Attorney General[2], overseeing the U.S. Department of Justice[3].
Additionally, Fogarty was appointed in March of 2023[4] by the United States Supreme Court to succeed Stickza as the Director of the United States Federal Bar Association
