U.S. House of Representatives[edit | edit source]

LeoVinick was elected to the United States House of Representatives, as a member of the 79th United States Congress, on March 6, 2020.[1] On July 21, 2020, LeoVinick was appointed Speaker pro Tempore by Speaker Disn_Ize, and would serve as the longest serving Speaker pro Tempore of the Disn_Ize speakership, presiding over a total six sessions of the U.S. House of Representatives in absence of the Speaker. LeoVinick presided as Speaker pro Tempore in the majority of sessions hosted in the month of August, 2020 and is credited with rebranding the Disn_Ize speakership, reviving the U.S. House of Representatives from a period of inactivity beginning in July, 2020.

Speaker of the House[edit | edit source]

LeoVinick was elected Speaker of the House at 10:04 PM on October 4, 2020[2] following the resignation of Speaker Disn_Ize. During his speakership, LeoVinick was vocal in his criticism of his precedessor, Disn_Ize, in regards to frequency of sessions and prioritized efforts on activity and legislative ideation. In regulatory policies, LeoVinick passed a new set of U.S. House of Representatives legislative rules, however, received backlash for enforcing aspects of the rules which granted the presiding officer excessive power.[3] On February 4, 2021, LeoVinick resigned as Speaker of the House and from the U.S. House of Representatives.

President of the United States[edit | edit source]

LeoVinick was elected President of the United States on July 21, 2021, following the announcement of a return to the community in the months prior. As part of his campaign agenda, LeoVinick promised to restore declining activity numbers and improve federal efficiency. The month-long presidency is remembered as one of impeachment inquiries and relative instability, culminating in the resignation of LeoVinick from the Presidency of the United States on August 29, 2021.
