HoodTact is an American jurist, military officer, and attorney who currently serves as the 55th Attorney General of the United States and formerly a District Court Judge on the United States District Court of Colorado. He formerly served as the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia, Associate Attorney General and the Director of the Executive Office of United States Attorneys. HoodTact, a military officer and veteran serves as the Commanding Officer of the United States Military Joint Education Training Command. HoodTact served as the Clerk of Court after his depature from the Department of Justice.

District Court Judge

HoodTact was nominated on July 31st by President unitedjkl and confirmed on August 6th, 2023. He was known to be one of the most active judges on the bench who would be signing arrest and search warrants daily. HoodTact within 2 months has signed over 20 search warrants and 15 arrest warrants. HoodTact has presided over 20 cases.

Department of Justice

HoodTact was appointed as the U.S Attorney for the District of Columbia by Attorney General MICHEAL936. He reformed the U.S Attorneys Office into multiple divisions and was promoted to Director of the Executive Office of U.S Attorneys. During his time as the Director, he has hired over 30 new Assistant U.S Attorney within a week alone during that year of 2022. He has prosecuted over 30 cases and has the highest conviction rate in the U.S Attorneys Office. HoodTact established a new directive regarding policies in the U.S Attorneys Office in which helped promote better competent federal prosecutors. He was given the Kolibob award by Attorney General MICHEAL936 for his hard work and dedication to structuring and building up the U.S Attorneys Office. In the Summer of 2022, he managed to get over 30 people prosecuted and convicted. HoodTact had been terminated by the Associate Attorney General for false claims of incompetency, and a horrible environment for new U.S Attorneys. This was during the issue of Ex-Assistant Attorney General Tomskieptski1 going rogue and causing HoodTact to lose his position. HoodTact led the Department of Justice during the time where Tomskipeski1 went rogue but however left the Department of Justice and joined the Judiciary Branch as the new Clerk of Court. HoodTact later returned as the Associate Attorney General under Arthur_Chen and had Tomskipeski1 terminated from his position for incompetency and abuse of his position. HoodTact then resigned again to work as a private attorney and to focus on work in real life. HoodTact returned to the Department of Justice a year later in November of 2023 to become the 55th Attorney General of the United States despite his experience working in the legal field and especially working in the Department of Justice. While working as the Attorney General, HoodTact had established 3 new divisions and has hired over 20 people within a week alone. He also released over 5 directives, including an employment regulations directive. HoodTact has served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Office of Professional Responsibility in the Federal Bureau of Investigation and as a Deputy U.S Marshal in the United States Marshals Service.

United States Military

HoodTact was originally apart of the Inspector General Corps of the United States Military however became the Commanding Officer of the Joint Education Training Command despite his hard work and activity in hosting phases for new military recruits. HoodTact was the 2nd Commanding Officer of JETC who helped build the new military curriculum. He has hosted over 5 classes, 50 trainings, and has hired over 10 new instructors. HoodTact who currently serves as an O10 (General) trained 90% (which is majority) of the United States Military including the Chief of Staff of the Army. He received a promotion after successfully leading Class 4 with over 25 recruits and welcoming new instructors. He has led troops into the Netherlands War during the Konni attacks. HoodTact was originally nominated as Chief of Staff of the Army however at that time due to his employment as a Federal District Court Judge, he had his nomination rescinded. He has received over 17 military medals (including 2 Presidental Medals of Freedom given by President Unitedjkl and the Defense Superior Service Medal and the Defense Meritorious Service Medal given by the Secretary of Defense akacoolguy96GPT. HoodTact has led over 5 scouting operations during the Netherlands War and is known for sending American Troops to rally with Russian Troops. They declared victory after successfully taking down most Russian Riflemen.
