NikkiHaleyGPT is an American lawyer and politician currently serving as the Administrator of the National Aeronautics & Space Administration since June 14, 2024. She had been nominated to the position under President GeorgeGodsent after previously serving as the Deputy Administrator from April 1st[1].

Nikki previously served as a member of the Washington, D.C. City Council from April 7 to April 30. She had been expelled from the position on the basis of being a "snake". She challenged the expulsion in court, but eventually dropped the charges due to the case constantly being postponed and handled carelessly.

On May 1, 2024, Nikki was nominated to the District Court by President GeorgeGodsent, just one day after she had been expelled from the City Council[2]. She does not refer to her nomination as a "rebound", and instead stated that she had been a candidate for the position for "weeks". She was confirmed on May 7, 2024 and sworn in by Judge Jonofdoom the same day. She served on the District Court from May 7, 2024 to July 21, 2024, eventually stepping down from the bench citing her mental health, growing "false controversies and rumors", and to focus on NASA and the EMS.

On July 21, 2024, just an hour after resigning from the USDC, Nikki was named the Deputy Chief of the Washington, D.C. Emergency Medical Services[3].

Early life in NUSA

Nikki, previously known as "cxdifyyGPT" or "Lxgandownload"[4], joined NUSA on May 29, 2020 being imported as a voter for someone she knew that was running for President of the United States. Upon that person's failure to exceed the primaries, Nikki remained involved in the game because she liked it, and it was around the time she began getting involved in politics.

Nikki served in various law enforcement agencies throughout 2020, 2021, and 2022, including the FBI, MPD, and FPS. Her highest role at the time had been an Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Criminal Investigative Division of the FBI, which serves as her only lasting law experience within NUSA preceding her tenure as a judge. In December 2022, Nikki left NUSA for an extended period of time, and did not return until February 2024.

Nikki considers herself to have started getting relevance in 2024, beginning with her appointment to the City Council by then-mayor TheySinned. Her popularity continued to grow as time went on.

Deputy Administrator of NASA (April 1, 2024 - June 14, 2024)

Nikki had been appointed as the Deputy Administrator of NASA by MattLGreyson on April 1, 2024, after claiming she could revive NASA due to its continued inactivity over the years. She delivered on this promise by initiating the "NASA 2024 Vision" and beginning "Project Celestial", a plan outlined for the year that would bolster NASA activity while "getting humans out into space more often and in a higher capacity".

Total reform

Nikki's first action was the purge of NASA. She had terminated all employees in ranks below her, arguing that if they "really cared about NASA, they would reapply". Many of which who had been purged did reapply. The act of reform also came with the establishment of a special website in NUSA sanctioned for NASA that Nikki had built herself[5].

Project Celestial

Project Celestial had initiated on April 13, 2024 with NASA's first launch since 2022. Originally scheduled by MattLGreyson, the unmanned launch garnered media attention that hinted at NASA's revival in which Nikki took full credit for. The launch had been cargo sent to the ISS, which was all viewers knew at the time, unknowingly hinting at a future launch to the Moon.

On April 20, 2024, Nikki began the Apollo program under NASA and sent out the first crew of astronauts into space since 2022. Astronauts had explored the Moon before returning home.

On May 10, 2024, Nikki began the Safari program under Project Celestial and sent a space probe to Venus to gather photos. The space probe was weak, and did not take any pictures of Venus in orbit as planned, but gathered a single photo on Venus's surface, transmitted it back to Mission Control in Florida, and then proceeded to melt.

On May 25, 2024, Nikki initiated the Apollo 2 launch, which sent a crewed flight, including Vice President Saviorjoshh, to the Moon. This mission, they had gathered lunar rock and returned it to NASA's Science Division, in which the Science leader, ValusEros, wrote a detailed report on the samples and will conduct experiments on them in the future.

Nikki has referred to Project Celestial as a "conservative solution to get humans out into space, more often and for longer durations". She has stated that if she is kept as NASA Administrator by teasoups, Project Celestial would remain in effect until December 2024.

Member of the D.C. City Council (April 7, 2024 - April 30, 2024)

Nikki was appointed to the City Council of D.C. by mayor TheySinned in early April after seeing that there was a vacant seat and making a request. She then proceeded to name herself a "voice for the people" in the DCCC, delivering on her promises from a failed campaign two months before while opening her DMs to American citizens who want change in DC. She had proposed a large amount of bills during her tenure, most of them being requested by civilians. Her tenure focused primarily on development and crime.

Tenure

Nikki served on the D.C. City Council from April 7, 2024 to April 30, 2024 after being appointed by Mayor TheySinned upon the vacation of what became Nikki's seat due to the previous holder ascending to the United States Senate. Nikki based her service on "listening to the public voice in entirety" while appealing most to law enforcement during her tenure. She had ran on a pro-law enforcement campaign platform back in February before her appointment.

Crime

Nikki was the key proprietor behind the Tool Accountability & Safety Act, a bill that would ban municipal agencies from hiring people into their departments who have had at least 30 abuse of tools charges within the last 6 months. If 30 charges minimum had occurred in the last 6 months, a recruit could not join either the Metropolitan Police Department, Emergency Medical Service, or Fire Department until the most recent charge had surpassed a 6 month threshold. The bill had passed the council vote, but was vetoed by the mayor due to it being "too harsh".

Nikki had also introduced a bill that would consider "blasting the radio" a misdemeanor of the lowest offense in the D.C. criminal code. It narrowly failed the city council, but the bill would've considered blasting music on the radio "Disturbing the Peace" that would've been punishable with a fine or a very short prison sentence.

She additionally created a bill that would place a limit on the amount of time that municipal department heads could make their employees do for patrol logs, placed at no more than 50 minutes. The bill had also narrowly failed the council vote, being considered a "breach on the heads' rights".

Another bill of hers that failed the council vote was a bill that would remove Wall Street's access to the radio, being considered a "wire" that "gave them unnecessary intel". She made the bill as a police officer who noticed that Wall Street bank robbers can use the radio to their advantage to find out where officers are going and to be prepared for ambushes. The bill failed due to the city council being composed almost entirely of Wall Street members.

Another bill of Nikki's was the Mutual Combat Act, a popularly demanded bill that would establish a sanctioned arena for 1v1s in D.C. to "rid civilians of the idea that they could be imprisoned even though there was a 100% fair and consensual gunfight". The bill passed the council vote and was signed by the mayor, and still has yet to be approved by Development.

Nikki was opposed to a bill that would allow Taxi cars to be able to possess carbombs.

Healthcare

Nikki introduced the Medical Market Act, a popular demand bill that would add more items to the medical market, bringing NUSA players way back when there was more than just medkits in the Medical app on smartphones. Instead of the items being named after real life drugs, she proposed they would be named different, so they'd still have the same effect without being in violation of Roblox's guidelines. The bill was passed and signed and has yet to be approved by devs.

Space

Nikki introduced a bill to the DCCC called the "NASA Recognition Act", which would grant NASA a team and vehicles at D.C. but with no headquarters. The bill was passed and signed but was shot down by developers.

Law enforcement

Nikki introduced a bill that would give all DC and federal law enforcement teams a medkit in their base kit for "better preparedness". It failed developer approval, but had passed the DCCC and the Mayor.

Judiciary

Nikki introduced a pivotal bill that got her praise from the judicial branch called the Courthouse Act, a bill that outlined guidelines for a courthouse in D.C. and established it at all. The bill led to the courthouse eventually being implemented, with minor changes, thanks to her. She received praise from Jonofdoom, a district judge (who she later came to work with on the Court), who spoke to the council about the importance of the bill. The courthouse was implemented into D.C. alongside the Government update in June 2024.

Transportation

Nikki supported "The Bus Stops Act", which would enhance the Department of Transportation's Bus Service by establishing sanctioned bus stops.

Diplomatic Security Service drama

In the wake of a series of false arrests by the Diplomatic Security Service, Nikki supported a bill that removed their Arrest tool. It was passed.

She additionally supported barring DSS director AlexJCabotJrGPT from entering the DCCC building.

Lighting and nighttime

In her final days before being removed from the Council, Nikki introduced a bill requested by a civilian that would make nighttime in D.C. brighter and shorter and established streetlights after the requester stated it is difficult for them to see at nighttime in D.C.

She voted to pass a bill that would create more groundlights at the WWII memorial.

Resignations

In the wake of Vice President Robbiebeastpro90000 retracting his resignation from the Vice Presidency 2 minutes before Saviorjoshh was set to be sworn in as a replacement, Nikki swiftly proposed a bill that would ban the retraction of resignations throughout the entirety of D.C.'s departments. This effectively barred ALL municipal staff from being able to retract a resignation from a municipal position after it is formally announced. It was passed and signed.

Expulsion from the D.C.C.C. and court claims

Late at night in late April, Nikki had been talking to colleagues in the Council informing them of an upcoming mayoral campaign and that they were invited to be staff for the candidate. After councilmembers told TheySinned about the issue, TheySinned moved quickly to have Nikki expelled from the city council on the grounds of "being a snake, debating bills too much, and undermining the integrity of the Council." the expulsion eventually went through and Nikki was removed on April 30.

Nikki moved quickly to the courts claiming that the expulsion was unlawful and violated D.C. standing rules. She filed for an emergency injunction from the Court to halt the expulsion from taking place, but due to the judge being slow to release it, the expulsion had already went through. The case was later reassigned after Nikki motioned for reassignment due to the judge's inactivity, but due to Nikki's blacklist on May 31, the case was dismissed without prejudice. She had intentions to refile when she returned, but dropped the case since it had happened far too long ago.

District Court Judge (May 7, 2024 - July 21, 2024)

Tenure

Nikki was appointed as a District Judge by President GeorgeGodsent and was blanket passed by the Senate on May 7, the same day she had received her bar license. Her nomination was criticized by many top law experts in NUSA, alleging that Nikki "does not know law" and isn't a good option.

These claims were strengthened after Nikki had made a default judgment in a criminal case, which cannot happen. Nikki reopened the case after the default judgment and apologized, but defended the action because she "didn't know how sentencing worked in D.C." and the closure of the case "came after the defendant admitted to their charges".

Nikki describes herself as a textualist and living constitutionalist, meaning she interprets the Constitution and the law as it is read and "does not leave room for flexibility". She is seen many times during her cases asking for solid evidence that an action occurred before moving forward. As a living constitutionalist, she does believe that the meaning of the Constitution can evolve overtime, but still interprets the text exactly how it is read. Some believe that these two contradict each other, but Nikki argues that textualism does not equal historical meaning. Since her appointment, she has made 4 rulings, 3 on civil cases and one criminal sentencing. She had recused from 3 cases due to a conflict of interest with court parties.

Resignation

Nikki stepped down from the bench on July 21, 2024 amid "exhausting, widespread false rumors and controversies" and for the "betterment of [her] mental health"[6]. Nikki had claimed her resignation felt way more "freeing" and "relieving" and that she does not plan to return to the courts for the foreseeable future.

Administrator of NASA (June 2024 - present)

Nikki ascended to Administrator of NASA upon MattLGreyson's resignation on June 14, 2024.

Apollo 3

On June 22, 2024, NASA hosted its most recent mission to the Moon, Apollo 3. It was the first mission to the Moon upon NASA's collaboration with the Air Force, something that had been laid out in her 2024 vision to "intertwine NASA and the Air Force space command". The mission sent a single NASA astronaut and 3 members of the Air Force to the Moon, where they gathered lunar rock and "moon cheese" and returned it to the NASA Science Division.

Apollo 4

On July 19, 2024, NASA hosted Apollo 4, which became historically known as the first diplomatic space mission in NUSA history[7]. The mission was a collaborative Moon landing with the State Space Agency of Ukraine (SSAU) involving the Minister of the SSAU and an astronaut. Nikki has stated that it was an "amazing opportunity" and that she "would love to do it again", and that it "strengthens the bond between our two, amazing nations."

Personal life

Nikki is frequently active in the NUSA general chat. She loves listening to music and playing video games. She considers herself a "mirror" of Amy Coney Barrett on the District Court. Her favorite Supreme Court Justices are Amy Coney Barrett, Sandra Day O'Connor, and Antonin Scalia respectively. She is very outspoken on real life United States politics and the conflict between Israel and Hamas. She is a Biden supporter in real life, although she is a strong fan of Nikki Haley and supported her before she suspended her campaign, and she is an Israel supporter/zionist in real life as well. She constantly sparks debates with her opinions in general chat.
