The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the United States of America. The current Constitution, the Geithner Constitution, superseded the Fruitsz Constitution on September 8, 2017. Currently, the United States has had three Constitutions, with the fourth to release and most likely be ratified sometime in 2023.
