He was nominated to the Court by President Hopp_fr on the 11th April 2022. Before being elevated to the Supreme Court, Justice Drozd served as a judge of the United States District Court, and United States Magistrate Judge in the same court. He resigned from the Supreme Court on the 3rd December 2023.
