The Federal Exchange was the central bank of the United States from November 15, 2018 until April 13, 2021. The Federal Exchange was separate from the Federal Reserve Bank until February 5, 2020, when the Federal Reserve Bank made it an official subsidiary.[1] The Federal Exchange shut down on April 13, 2021, following Are31's resignation from the community.

During the time it was in operation, the Federal Exchange served as the central uniform funding agency for the United States federal government. Prior to its establishment, government uniform funding was sourced from DUNKINDONUTSLLC's Central Bank.[2] Following its closure, it was succeeded by the U.S. Funding System, established by President Ralphiuss.[3]
