== Government == Like all municipalities in Boulder County, Dentsville has no municipal government, instead being under the jurisdiction of the Governor of Colorado and the [[Colorado General Assembly]]. The Colorado Governor's Mansion overlooks Dentsville from the western edge of town.[[File:Old dentsville.JPG|thumb|266x266px|Old Dentsville]]The [[Dentsville Police Department]] provides police services to the town, with its headquarters being located on the west end of Dentsville. The Boulder County Fire Department provides fire and emergency medical services town, with its headquarters being located on Brookside Boulevard. The headquarters of the Boulder County Transit Authority is also located within Dentsville, as well as the headquarters of the Boulder County Sheriff's Office, albeit outside of the town proper.
