N_ightmarre was the fourth president to  continue serving the rest of former-President ArnieVinick's term, after President ArnieVinick, President LordDeathTheReaper, and President Dralian. His presidency was considered to be the last time the United States was truly active. N_ightmarre's most notable achievement as President was his ablity to revive nUSA and maintain an active community. His Presidency would be the last time that D.C, Congress, USM and the courts were truly active.
