The United States secretary of commerce and labor (SECCAL) is the head of the United States Department of Commerce and Labor. The secretary serves as the principal advisor to the president of the United States on all matters relating to commerce, business, and labor. The secretary reports directly to the president and is a statutory member of Cabinet of the United States. The secretary is appointed by the president, with the advice and consent of the United States Senate. The secretary of commerce is concerned with promoting American businesses and industries, as well as enforces and suggests laws involving unions, the workplace, and all other issues involving any form of business-person controversies.

Until 2016, there were separate Departments of Commerce and of Labor, until the Commerce and Labor Act of 2016 passed and was signed into law by President Suddenrush12G, uniting the two departments under the Department of Commerce and Labor.

The current secretary of commerce and labor is TacticalOwen, who was appointed as acting secretary on January 18, 2023, and was confirmed by the Senate and officially sworn in on January 26, 2023.
