Ralphiuss, formerly RalphFoley or ImaginaryMagicalDude, is a retired American politician who served as the 38th president of the United States. He previously served as the 41st Speaker of the United States House of Representatives, being one of the rare cases where the Speaker was not a member of the House of Representatives, until he was appointed as the 47th vice president of the United States by President N_ightmarre.

Early career

Ralphiuss with BruceASnyder in the Vice Presidents Office of the White House.

Ralphiuss began his career in the United States in mid-2019. Ralphiuss, a Constitutionalist, served on the campaign of then-Speaker of the House JamesMontagu's presidential campaign, where he was rewarded with a job in the State Department, following Montagu's victory. In January, 2019, Ralphiuss was appointed as Deputy Secretary of State by President Montagu.[1]

On February 23, 2020 Ralphiuss was elected as the deputy mayor of Washington, D.C., on a ticket with JonFoley. Ralphiuss served until March 28, 2020, when he was blacklisted from the United States by Clan Management.

Following the removal of his blacklist, he worked on the presidential campaign of BernardCaldwell. After Caldwell's resignation, he was appointed as White House Chief of Staff on September 16, 2020 by Caldwell's successor, President Lacryma.[2] Ralphiuss served until he resigned on October 6, 2020, where he was replaced by Convext.

Congressional career

Ralphiuss was elected to the United States House of Representatives on December 1, 2020. Ralphiuss served as a member of the 82nd Congress, but passed no legislation.[3] He was, however, an outspoken critic of President ArnieVinick, Speaker of the House LeoVinick, and the Republican Party in general.[4][5][6] His term was cut short due to be temporary blacklisted from the United States by Clan Management on December 28, 2020. Ralphiuss's blacklist expired a week later, but he was not given back his seat in Congress.

Following the Rockefeller Affair and the resulting political fallout, the Constitutionalists regained a majority in the House of Representatives. The Constitutionalists then voted Ralphiuss in as Speaker of the House of Representatives, becoming the second person in Congressional history to hold the position but not be a sitting member of the House of Representatives, after Flammus..[7][8] His first act as Speaker was proposing a resolution to repeal LeoVinick's standing rules of the House and revert back to former Speaker Tacuss's rules of the House.[9] The resolution ultimately ended up passing, and went into effect on February 5, 2021.[10]

Ralphiuss's term as Speaker of the House was short lived, as less than two weeks into office he was nominated by President N_ightmarre to serve as the 47th vice president of the United States, a position left vacant due to the resignation of Vice President Guggen_Pierre.[11]

Vice presidency

Ralphiuss being sworn in as the 47th vice president of the United States.

Ralphiuss was confirmed to serve as vice president by both chambers of Congress on February 17, 2021. Following his confirmation, he was sworn in by Supreme Court Associate Justice AcidRaps.

Ralphiuss's term as vice president was extremely unremarkable, due to its short length, the fact that N_ightmarre's presidency was essentially a placeholder presidency, and the fact that Ralphiuss was busy running his presidential campaign at the time.

Ralphiuss was elected as the 38th president of the United States on March 14, 2021, and resigned the office of vice president the same day, to focus on the presidential transition.[12][13] Senator GDKfonzo was appointed by President N_ightmarre to replace him.[14]

Presidency

Ralphiuss was elected as the 38th president of the United States on March 14, 2021, and was sworn in by Chief Justice KOTwarrior on March 21, 2021.
